During my visit, the hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. From arranging a taxi at the airport promptly to accommodating our request to store our belongings while we explored Mysore, their hospitality was impeccable. Despite a minor setback with the in-house restaurant being closed for pest control, the staff efficiently arranged for food delivery and even offered assistance with ordering through Zomato, showcasing their commitment to guest satisfaction. The staff was friendly, making us feel welcome and ensuring that our room was cozy and welcoming. The hotel's meticulous attention to detail, from the comfortable bedding to the cleanliness of the rooms, truly stood out and added to the overall positive experience. The hotel's location near key attractions like Cubbon Park and the Indira Gandhi Musical Fountain Park made it convenient for us to explore the city's popular landmarks. Being within close proximity to metro, railway stations, and restaurants further added to the convenience of our stay, allowing us to immerse ourselves in the city's bustling atmosphere effortlessly.
